The business process is the process of planning, coordinating and controlling the business. Every successful business has a business management team, whether it’s one person or many. The primary purpose of business is to be profitable, and the main function of managing the business of business is to create value for our customers so that revenue exceeds the total cost. Business Management Department deals with all aspects of the business. They ensure that everything runs smoothly and that every department communicate and cooperate with others to complete tasks and deadlines on time.
Business managers are generally required to have sharp skills and problem solving skills, and must also have the knowledge and experience in the field of seven functional business: production, accounting, management information systems, marketing, finance, human resources, and product research and development. They must be able to coordinate the activities and balancing the amount of time spent on each, to increase the company’s value to others, such as stakeholders, employees, customers, suppliers and the local community.
Different businesses providing a varied amount of authority to their management team, and management can be divided into three levels. High level management team should have a wide knowledge about management roles and skills. They need to be aware of the main external factors such as the market because they are responsible for strategic decisions.
Their decisions generally are long term and they usually chalk out plans for what they think will be effective in the future. Middle management team has a special understanding of the managerial task-specific and generally responsible for implementing decisions made by the high level management. Under the management team ensure that plans and decisions made by the upper and Middle level done, and their decisions are generally short term, what sort of business that will be done in one day.
Communication skills are very important for business managers, because they have to deal with many people, including people who are hired by businesses, freelancers who need to be told what they are required to do the job, as well as communicating with the client and understand what they need from you and your business and when they want it done.
Time management is also a very valuable skills which every Business Manager must master. When the client gives you work to do business, business managers need to give a rough estimate of the time it will take the work to be done, which is what the price will be based on.
